Alduin the World Eater by SilentHawk2x3 Alduin the World Eater by SilentHawk2x3
Alduin from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He took me about nine hours to make in eighty minute increments. He is not considered a sculpture since he is hollow not carved from a solid block. I used coil for his body, head, tail and limbs and slab for his wings and scales along his back and tail. He is made of white clay and his dimensions are L30" W22" H12".

My only problem with this is his teeth just look too white.

How much do you want for this item?
If your willing to sell it to me, you can name your price...
Or, we could bargain for it... Please?

I'm a huge collector of this type of thing.

Oh my, I feel that if I did a tutorial all those that do pottery professionally would have a coronary. I don't exactly do thinks as they should be done. Also I don't have access to ANYTHING anymore. No clay, no kilns... It's rather depressing. :C That said if I ever get my hands on a hundred pounds of clay again I'd love to show DA how!

Around four weeks. About 80 minutes a day (Monday-Friday) spent on him so around 37 hours all together. It honestly feels like most of that time was waiting for him to dry out and fire. He spent two weeks in the kiln before firing him simply to finish drying out.

Alduin the Adorable, Tiny, Lil' Pebble-Eater.

Sorry...that was basically what was going through my mind when I saw this. Him being so small and easily defeatable. LOL. Awesome work.

He's not all that tiny. He weighs about fifty pounds so It's not something to chuckle at when toting it around.

He's sitting on the porch right now in plain view of the road. I'm surprised no one has picked him up as of yet.
